“The teacher used zoom, she could not see our screens and could not check in on how we were doing. One person was struggling to open Adobe and when we asked her to wait until he opened it, she said no. This was an expensive, private class, and we took an entire day of work off to attend and that was not okay. Prior to the class, the teacher should have reached out to me to understand the needs of the class and the knowledge level of Adobe for all. Out of the class, we took away one lesson and unfortunately it was taught by one of us.”
