“Trainings are only as good as the instructor's knowledge level, level of organization and ability to communicate complex ideas Luisa Winters is very good in all of these areas, which made this difficult training one that was enjoyable and highly beneficial. So I'd recommend it with her as the instructor. However, the computers used durng class were not able to handle several of the exercises which was really disappointing for me, my colleagues and Luisa. Many of us had to restart repeatedly and others had their computers completely crash. If you're going to offer the course the computers should be adequate for the tasks.”
