“This was a refresher course for me as I had taken the Boot Camp Course in 2018 and the gov't has finally approved Captivate as a source for interactive courseware. I learned some new functions that were not available back in 2018 but the thoroughness of my instructor brought my understanding of the program back to the forefront.”

“Instructor was unprofessional (phone rang several times during class, answered once and it was just a spam call). My learning object that I filled out during the application was not answered. Was not able to be shown certain things in Captivate because Instructor did not have material on computer (unable to show how to use PowerPoint because Instructor did not have it installed on computer). Had to pause several times or things were not working properly because instructor was unprepared (had to wait for items to be downloaded during class, which in my opinion, instructor should have checked before class).”
