“Instructor was very knowledgeable - and it showed. Had a few miscues with machines and she recovered quickly and helped students recover quickly when they had issues. She also interacted pretty well with the class. Personable and engaging. Environment of the building was a bit distracting. Cold temperature, building needs some cosmetic upkeep throughout, men's restroom on training floor in need of repair and entire building smelled musty (noticed by several students.) Reception area could be a bit more inviting to be used as a break area. Classroom and systems were nice. Very handy being able to select platform on the same machine. I did like the classroom layout. Very functional for this type of class.The ability to see instructor's system on a separate monitor rather than projected or large screen in front was great. Overall a good learning experience with a few challenges that the instructor had no control over.”

“My main concern about training was the building. The classroom was on the fourth floor, the elevator was sluggish - if it worked - and the building had an open atrium all the way up to the fourth floor with an open bar railing. This can be very difficult for someone that is severely afraid of heights, or has a physical impairment. Also, the bathrooms were not hand-capable friendly. The classroom itself was very nice, and I was impressed with the computer setup. I enjoyed having my computer to work independently, and the second monitor to follow the instructor's movements. However, it would have been nice to have more space to take notes -- if you have two people in one row, it can be difficult to have enough room to have the book and a notepad on the desk, and be able to see the monitor that you share. Both of these did not detract enough from the experience -- I still learned so much that my mind is over-full, and Michael Snodgrass is an excellent, patient instructor!”
