“Even if you are familiar with FrameMaker, you get a lot of tips and tricks that are presented in the class. The instructor keeps to the material but also includes some tips from his own experience/use of FrameMaker that really helps. Additionally, there is a lot of repetition of commonly used items throughout the course so that you get familiar with the product in different ways.”

“Electronic training went far more smoothly than expected. Instructor was very good - knew the material, was very patient, spoke and gave only necessary information (but still added the occasional small talk when appropriate). Content surpassed that which was in an entire book since he was able to personalize the training to our needs.”
