“Although we were forewarned about the pace of the class going at the speed of the slowest learner, it was a bit underwhelming having to stop every 10 minutes to recap or answer questions. In the beginning many participants were not prepared with the files that were needed to take the course, which delayed learning. There should be a curriculum so participants can see what will be covered and some bullet points so the participant can go back and review if he/she has questions. Also there should be designated times for questions. Overall I'm satisfied with the course!”
