“I would recommend this training and particularly this instructor because he is very knowledgeable about the subject and very thorough and organized in the presentation of content. We did not have good experience with trying to reschedule our class but that was because we had an emergency four days before the start of the course. I believe a more lenient rescheduling policy would help.”
