“I enjoyed the class and learned from the two days. Some areas of improvement would include: - trainer does not have personal cell out during instruction - completely understand personal issues and picking up children - but I do not allow my trainers to have it available only on breaks. I know the trainer had to leave early for pick up and it seemed unprofessional (although the trainer was very nice about it, just not appropriate for a paid training with limited time) - trainer's equipment was slow and he apologized for that a lot. Equipment should be optimal while training. Sound also repeated every 10th (or so word). Optimize internet connection or equipment. - Not all areas of the syllabus were covered. I asked and he was able to briefly explain, but instead of cutting 30 minutes early, take the time to go over all topics. Again - my overall experience was good and I look forward to other trainings, but as a professional trainer and educator, these were the areas I would think you would want to improve on. Thank you!”

“I would recommend this training because the instructor was so effective. He created a relaxed learning environment conducive to adult learning. He was very attentive, did a great job with pacing, and worked hard to meet the needs of every person in the course. He also made the class interesting which is not an easy thing for a 2 day software training. He clearly knows his stuff. Loved this instructor.”
