“The instructor was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. He was also friendly and relatable and addressed all questions completely and with real-world examples. He had a good sense of humor and great presence in the classroom. My only complaint about my experience would be the confusing registration. There were conflicting emails that made it difficult for us to plan for the travel and training. A little more continuity in the organizational and informational process related to registration would be good.”

“Mr. Snobgrass is a great instructor and overall the course was excellent. There were a few minor technical issues at the very beginning but they we quickly sorted out. While, the course was excellent, the registration and email alerts left a little to be desired. However, those issues aside it was a great experience and would recommend.”
