“Unfortunately this is the second jacket l am returning in less than a month because of a fault.The jacket is faulty on the left shoulder.The padding and lining on the shoulder doesn’t sit right so the fault cannot be rectified and needs resewing.Very disappointed as it was the second faulty item. I am very sorry to hear about this, we had your jacket sent directly to our studio so we could see what had happened. This shouldn't have got through our quality checks as it looks like it has been damaged and we can only apologise that this was sent out to you.
