“My son has a lot of fun and quickly understood the concept of a balance bike. The ordering and delivery was easy and the quality of the balance bike is good. The reason I did not give a 5 star review is the assembling of the bike. The written and video instructions are not clear at all and it took searching other videos on YouTube and a lot of trial and error to finish assembling, which was very frustrating and disappointing.”

“The bike frame (the side with the fork) was a bit bent so it was hard to install the front wheel, and the circle plastic part that fits the seat did not fit, we had to hammer it in. The instructions weren’t as clear as we would like, and we kept looking for the bell because it showed in the photo, but I guess it wasn’t included.”
