“I was pretty disappointed when unboxing my car, there was scratches all up the side of it, there was dints on it and stickers were half hanging off. It almost looked second hand. I left this as I knew it didn't effect the using of the product and it will only get more scratches, but that's beside the point when purchasing something brand new. But then..
After 4 uses the steering broke and was not able to use.
I have emailed them and they have been nice about it they are sending me a replacement part to then fix it myself, although the part isn't coming for 5-6 weeks which is also pretty disappointing. But I am getting it so that's a upside.
They have told me that the scratches and dints will be from the courier but didn't offer to do anything about them. Overall not the greatest experience from purchasing this product at full price.”
