EDIT: Had originally placed a 5 star review but will now be changing to 1 (0 if I could). A part was broken upon delivery and their team was looking into it. They’ve now informed us that after their review, they’ve decided the part was broken due to improper assembly. I have no words. Appalling customer service and it’s disgusting that after paying a lot of money for quality, we received a broken part and even worse than that - condescending and quite frankly rude customer service. They clearly have no idea how the car is delivered as they based their assumption on the part being already assembled which it isn’t, it comes in a white protective sleeve and the small plastic clip had broken off within it. For this price you would think you wouldn’t have to take it upon yourself to repair the piece.
Would not recommend purchasing from Little Riders.”
