Every Manager and Leader needs to read/watch the book. It is one of those books that will not give only WHAT, or only WHY, or only HOW. Instead, this book will combine them. I love how vulnerable the author is. Thank you, Kim. And thanks to Lit Video for making this possible and accessible to us.

This was a lighthearted but necessary way to call out bad bosses while providing a solution. This was simple to understand, I just hope the people who are currently managers or would like to become one read and review this video in depth. Too many people leave good companies because of bad management.

This is a great "read" on how to coach individuals and teams with the kind of caring and direct feedback that helps people grow while maintaining strong relationships with their leaders and their teams. The concepts are easy to follow and the examples are really helpful to see the ideas in real world setting. Great book.
