Ok so I've been reading about creating harmony in your life. Here's the thing - the key is to "be here". So don't think about things that are not in the "here", like work when you are at home or your boyfriend when you are at the office. I use this oil when I meditate, as I let all the thoughts fall away like leaves falling to the ground.
