“the light function is a big let down. I purchased this to use in our room with a newborn for night feeds as I wanted a humidifier for the room and also a red lamp and thought, 'great, a two in one product' however to use the light function you have to cylce through all the light selections to turn it off again which means switching to a bright blue light before it turns off again which is totally counter productive to using a red lamp in the first place. I am disapointed there isn't a way to set a favourite light colour so only that colour turns on and off.”

“I am finding this review hard to write. The humidifier works BUT it is loud. Extremely LOUD. I bought it for my bedroom and it has a constant water dripping sound. I immediately sent a email questioning if this was correct, or if I had set the machine up wrong. I have not received a response. I expected better customer service. I sincerely hate it when there is no aftercare service. Not sure I will purchase again from this company.”
“Very easy for water leaking , bulky and the cord power is underneath which make it harder to plug in, I can’t notice much the difference from this to other diffuser in term of air quality.”
