“I bought the kids humidifier kit plus 3 oils pack for my 6 and 8 year olds. Been using it for 2 weeks now and the difference in bedtime is unbelievable! Especially my anxious 8 year old has cut down her wriggle time in bed by probably 90%, she used to complain she just can’t get to sleep, we use the mist, any oil, red light and meditation sound and she’s out within 5-10 minutes, and both sleep right through the night too!
Highly recommend it as we’ve tried many sleep aids that promised the world but nothing has worked anywhere near as good as this!!
