I'm sorry to hear that that the birds have not yet started to feed from your Flutter Butter. It can take a while for birds to get used to a new feeder. In some cases, birds can take to it in minutes, however, unfortunately, it may take a few days – or even weeks. We would recommend placing your Flutter Butter Feeder somewhere quiet where birds can dine uninterrupted. Siting it near a tree or hedge lets birds hide if they feel unsafe. You may find birds come quicker if it’s close to other feeders they’re using. I'll give you a call shortly to see what other suggestions I can offer. Kind regards, Ben
