“Unfortunately, after using LogsDirect for many years, I cannot now give them a good rating. Mainly because the quality of the wood is poorer and the size of logs is so variable that we find ourselves with several logs too big for our stove. The length is standard but the width/girth is so huge that there is nothing we can do with these logs; they need splitting again. I shall have to find a new supplier.”
