“I still have not used the case but am really pleased with it. As an 80yr old it will suit me travelling on planes and visiting friends as it is so light and wheels easily. The lock instructions could have been much clearer though; indicating whether the zip pulls were to be in or out when you altered the lock to your own numbers. Your company have been fantastic and I would thoroughly recommend you to my friends. Well done! Service is so rare these days and you have exceeded in your service.”
