“I heard about MANTL from #TheSmokingTire podcast and I figured I'd use their coupon code to justify trying a product I would not normally buy for myself. I ordered two bottles of the scalp and face cleanser and waited for their arrival with great anticipation. Once the package was delivered, I was disappointed to see that someone had actually ripped open the padded envelope and stolen the cleanser. Immediately, I write to MANTL's customer service explaining what had happened and recommended that they choose a different distributor. At no point did I ask for any replacement or point the finger of blame at MANTL. It simply wasn't their fault. Within a couple of hours, I got a response from one of the co-founders wanting to make things right. She went way above and beyond! She held herself accountable for a decision someone else made and offered a resolution. After using their cleanser for nearly two weeks, I can say I am very satisfied with it. It smells great but the scent is subtle and doesn't overpower my cologne. The improvement it has made to my face and scalp is something I can see and feel.
