“1) An easy to navigate website 2) Excellent communication 3) Lovely helpful staff who go above and beyond 4) A nice idea for a gift, good quality box and cards, however the cards looked a little lost inside the box and as there is nothing to keep the cards in position, there is a haphazard appearance on opening. For me, the presentation wasn't special enough to give as a gift and I felt that it didn't look as though I had spent the amount that I did to purchase it so I ordered some felt and pot pouri and lined the box, made a bolster to keep the cards in place and sprinkled the pot pouri and felt happier to present as a gift.”
