“My item arrived with the incorrect spelling of my name on the diary (misread from my order). I couldn't speak with anyone on the phone. I therefore sent an email and on replying i was asked to produce a photograph as proof. I received the correct one over a week later with the correct spelling (however my name was spelt incorrectly on the address label). I returned the incorrect item as requested. I had no correspondence following the initial email to say how long it would be. Packaging was nice (in the first parcel) basic in the 2nd (not even a note to apologise.). I like to support small businesses hence why I chose this company.”
