“Product was delivered quickly, External box it was packed in was open one end , DPD driver asked if it was ok to accept , I could see it was only the external packaging that was open , but the product box was fine as was the actual grill.
When opened and product removed , looked very well made and quite a weight to it which suggests it is robust.
However,initially used for the first time , worked very well, Cooked satay infused chicken thighs , came out great.
On second use , noticed the cooker was vibrating , and the fan was making much more noise and when cooking would make a rattling noise , which was not there the first time used , so second day of use it has developed a fault , looks like the fan has become loose from the motor, and when rotating is vibrating and rubbing against the element mount.
I have contacted customer service by email as requested, but I have not heard anything yet , it is now the weekend so I would expect to hear back by the next working day.
So to summarise , it appears to be a good product , that cooks in multiple ways , But for a product that is only a few days old and has only been used a few times and has developed a fault this soon , it suggests the quality assurance control or the design of this product is not robust enough, maybe I was just unlucky.
Also good customer service is when the customer has a problem and reports it , he/she gets a response or at least an acknowledgement that there problem is being looked at.
As such I cannot recommend the product or how Masterpro have handled my complaint. But hopefully they will , and it will be resolved , either a refund or replacement , but I have lost some confidence in the product and Masterpro.
