The Graftech Railrods are designed for tackling large Yellowfin and Bluefin tunas, so they are built extra tough. These rods are designed by Rick Ozaki are built with quality and great components, such as the aluminum reel seat and heavy duty guides. These are comparable to Calstar railrods, but at a lower price range, so it allows you to put some extra purchasing power towards a higher end reel (and have a rod that can take full advantage of it).
