Please note the tensioner spring is retained within the plunger. First fit the tensioner assembly to the block then use an 11mm spanner to remove the hex at the rear of the tensioner this will expose a hex within the plunger which locks the spring in place. Insert a 3mm hex to unwind the hex to release the spring tension within the plunger and refit the hex screw cap, bending the lock tab over the hex. NB Do not release the spring without the tensioner assembly being in place first.
