Owners of MGBs fitted with round or ‘T’ handle choke cables can find over time that they lose lock-out functionality, with owners resorting to a clothes peg to hold the choke out during engine warm up. Recognising the need to address this issue MGOC Spares has commissioned an improved choke cable design incorporating a metal key to ensure a reliable and lasting choke lock function, currently available as follows: BHH653 MGB 1969 to 1973 and BHH2064 MGB 1975 to 1980.
