Replacement British Leyland style keys are now available to suit MGs produced from 1970 to end of production fitted with column mounted ignition switches. There are three specific key shapes identified by the cross sectional diagram below which must be matched to the existing key when selecting the replacement blank (the blank can then
be cut by a key cutter from the master).
