Suitable for MGBs from 1967 onwards, the improved small bodied unit is not only easier to fit than the original Lucas unit, it also offers increased cranking capacity whilst drawing less power from the car's battery.

“Good quality for the price and the smaller size than the original was much easier to manouvre into position. A extra hand from someone to start the top fixing bolt while held in the correct position is recommended, otherwise it's easily a single-handed operation.”
