Mohair is a tightly woven natural fabric used on the most expensive luxury sports cars. Mohair hooding is manufactured using three layers; a black external weather resistant layer, a central rubberised waterproof membrane and an interior lining.
Caring for your Fabric Hood; Double Duck and Mohair hoods look superb, observe the following to maintain their appearance: Do not use ordinary detergent when washing. To remove stubborn dirt such as bird muck, use a mild diluted detergent such as Renovo Shampoo. Dry hood before folding and stowing.
