“After upgrading my Mac OS (thats my first mistake), I lost several programs and Acugraph sensor would not speak to computer. I tried updating that program but it turns out Apple changed things so much that the old processor didnt work. The Meridia team figured out the problem and arranged a swap with an updated version which I received within 2 days. Now everything is working again. Everyone was helpful and easy to work with, as always.”

“Swap was simple and easy. I recently upgraded my computers and the old boxes no longer worked. Received the new boxes right away, and they worked great, probably better than the old ones. I used to get random beeping like the box was disconnecting and reconnecting on one of my windows PCs (didn't do it on the Macs). Stopped after upgrading the processor. Considering the old box was almost 20 years old, the new tech was definitely noticeable. Highly recommend it.”

“I had to swap it because I downloaded the upgrade to my iMac operating system before finding Adrian's email recommending NOT to do that - as the older Processor box will not communicate with the newer Mac operating system. OK, no problem.”
