“This device is good! However the Alligator clips you sent to grasp the needle, slip around inside the Rubber shield which is obviously Too big. Not a good working Quality!”

“Hi, instead of review I would like to share my experience from working with this machine. One: The menu is way too complicated to quickly access desired frequency. It reminds me of menus from 10 years ago when we scrolled and scrolled to desired settings.When under pressures in a typical clinical setting, it's easy to get frustrated and move on to a machine that is simple to use. Two: when machine is turned on, intensity setting should always reset to 0, so there is no possibility of shocking the patient. It happened to me even though I have been practicing for decades using other machines with build in safeguard from this occurring. Hopefully you can work with the manufacturer to upgrade the software to make it more user friendly for acupuncturist. As a side note, when Sony first came out with mirrorless cameras, people loved everything about them, except using them. The menus were too complicated. It took a couple of years to work through the bugs and once the navigation became easy, Sony got to the top. Thank you, Mark”
