“I have the full mat which I love and use daily. Decided to get the shoulder wrap as it seemed more portable. Does a decent job.....however the configuration is somewhat awkward and does not heat quite the same as the "full", must set heat higher. Overall pleased with purchase”
Thank you for your feedback and your review! We, too, have noticed that the shoulder wrap temperature setting has to be quite a bit higher to produce the same level of heat. This is partially due to the fact that it doesn't have as much contact with the body due to its configuration (as you mentioned!) and partially due to the fact that it has far fewer stones than the full body pad. The combination of heat from many stones overtime is what makes the full body pad heat so intense. Thank you for your feedback - glad that you're finding use for the product.
“I keep the Jade Vitality Shoulder Wrap on my couch and use it daily/nightly for neck, low back, and shoulder pain. I love that the far-infrared heat penetrates deeper than a standard "heating pad" bought in the stores. PS. My "heating pad" finally stopped working which is why I upgraded to the Jade Wrap. So glad I did! I love it! Great quality product and super durable. I love that I can change the temp to my liking.”
