“I purchased the app to be able to send diagrams to my patients during Telehealth visits. I was told by a CSR that I could make PDF's but on a follow up call was told I need to use screen shots. They offered to refund me but I decided not to pursue that. Hopefully, I will be able to use the screen shots.”
You could always turn the screenshots into PDF format! I hope you're able to find a way around this, and that the software will still be valuable to you. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to help, beyond offering a refund. Take care, and thanks for your feedback.

It's difficult to show point location "generally" on a 2D model image, because point location will be different on every person - and we're 3D beings :) We're constantly striving to improve, however! The information and knowledge included are presented in a very intuitive format and are so thorough that anyone armed with a PointOSelect or Stimplus device could be effective in identifying protocol and treating “dis-ease” of most non life threatening conditions with the precision of an expert acupuncturist with a lifetime of experience. The software is worth more than the education I paid for in acupuncture and cost less than a good steak dinner!!!!
