We are so sorry about your disappointment with this issue. Unfortunately, it was not something we could control, as newer iOS operating systems stopped supporting older versions of ALL Apps (not just Points).
We had to design a completely new App - which meant creating a new product. Unfortunately, this is how ALL software worked a few years ago. Users would have to pay to upgrade to newer versions every few years (think Microsoft Word, Photoshop, and even Mac and Windows computer updates!). We're glad you were able to get 4 years of good use out of the App before it became obsolete due to changing iPad software. Luckily, the current version of Points can now be updated to integrate with new software and we hope it will remain usable for years to come!
