Thank you for the fast shipping; I was only without my Acugraph for two treatment days. The last Y cable lasted 1600 graphs -4 years. The weak point was the grey wire which connects to the plug-in that connects to the metal contact bar. I've never had any other issues. Thank you for making it easy to replace.

It was an absolutely mindblowing experience. On Monday afternoon, during reevaluation my AG stopped recording. I contacted support via Chat and get in contact with Jenni Williams. She redirected to me to a technician who helped me diagnose the problem - it was the Y cable. A couple of hour later I ordered it using the cheapest shipping available besides Low and Slow - FedEx international. On Friday morning, only 4 days later, the cable was in my hands. I am not sure that this would have as quick if I ordered it in my own country ....! Thank you for everything!
