“Panels look great, however, delivery was ridiculous. Took 3 weeks. Turns out their courier subcontracts to another courier. Couriers deliver date came and went three times. Eventually got a call from the sub contractor after numerous calls. Was then told the wouldn’t deliver unless there was someone Home to help unload the truck. Organised someone to be there for the time I was guaranteed they would come. Unsurprisingly they never turned up at the agreed time. Called again and was told they’d be there in an hour. Had to come home from work to help unload the truck and they turned up 1 1/2 hours later”
