“This speaker works perfectly with the 5150 iconic 40w combo. There is a huge difference between the greenback and the stock EVH speaker. The stock speaker was fizzy, too much muddy low end and a weird crackle thats kinda hard to explain. The greenback has brought out the clarity in this amp and the tone is now killer! Just be sure to dial the amp down to 15 watts which is plenty loud enough for most situations.”
