“I bought the Wren pump because my Elvie pump has stopped working for the 5th time and is out of warranty as it's my second baby. I needed something that did the job and was reliable. So far I am very impressed, it's as comfortable as the Elvie and I actually geta bit more milk in a pumping session so I think the nipple shield must be a better fit (I have small nipples and the smallest Elvie shield is slightly bigger). It's too early to say whether it will be reliable and last but so far it's great.”
“This is a great little pump. For the price it does a really good job and I get a very decent output on the lower settings. It's incredibly gentle and comfortable and just a little louder than my old well known brand, but still doesn't wake a sleeping baby! I love that there are a load of extra replacement parts and cleaning is very simple”

Happy to also hear that it's comfortable and gentle - we never claim to be the quietest, however, we think quality, comfort, and affordability are more important than how loud it is ;)
“This is my second pump to own. I bought it because the hands free option was what I was looking for. It’s a really nice gentle pump and I have expressed a lot of milk. Easy to use, easy to clean, comfortable, quiet, neat etc.
However I’m struggling a lot with spilling/leaking while wearing. I have not successfully used it without being soaked. I’m not sure where I’m going wrong and I have followed the user guide. I have tried to be as still as possible while using it but that defeats the purpose.
Otherwise it’s a great little pump and I would recommend it once I’ve solved the leaking issue.”
“Not good for me, during the pumping most of the milk is split out and doesn't pull the nipple enough.
The battery is last only for 30-40 minutes and is very loud the machine.”

Have you reached out to us yet? We're always there to help customers if they come across a problem with fitting or setup. It does automatically shut off after 30 minutes for safety reasons but then turns back on again. To ensure the nipple is correctly pulled through you do need to ensure you have the correct flange size which we can help with. Please do get in touch via the live chat on our website and we will be more than happy to support you in getting set up.
Also once a correct fit is made the noise level decreases as a seal is created.
