“I enjoyed taking the GUT REPAIR. The taste was good. The flavor was lighter and not as strong as other type of powders which I enjoyed and made it super easy to drink. The powder mixed up pretty good and just a tiny bit settled at the bottom. I started feeling better rather quickly. I noticed my brain fog was finally lifting and I could think more clearly. I read that if you have problems sleeping to taking it before bed so, I took this in the evening about an hour before bed. I did noticed some improvements and I started sleeping better. Less tossing and turning and could actually fall asleep.
