The best way to mix the Gut Repair is to add it to water, don't add the Gut Repair into your cup and then water into it as it will stick to the bottom. Also with the last drink of water it is best to swirl the water and Gut Repair to dislodge any remaining contents.
Some customers find that adding a dash of apple cider vinegar improves the taste for them, some add it to lemon water, others add it to juice.
