Finally they shipped me the powder B-complex to make it right and replace the damaged ones. All the local B vitamins available are low dose with inferior ingredients so I had to order this better version. Not sure B-complex helps with tinnitus but desperate enough to try it for brain health if it might help since I've heard reports from others that it can hold the hellish nightmare ear ringing at bay. B conplex is also indicated for a bunch of other conditions for me. I take it every other day or even less since it's a mega dose. Thanks it's been quite an absurd journey for me to even obtain a B complex.”
