“To be fair, I am a very average sleeper, due to having a lower back stenosis!! I have tried many products over the years, mainly natural with a high percentage of magnesium to cut down my restless legs which is part of the side effects from my condition. Your Sleep Well is a great product, however I still have many waking hours. I am not sure whether if I was to double the dose, it may have a more long-term effect?
