I'm onto my 4th purchase of MyBrainCo's Creatine Monohydrate 250g (99.5% purity )and its been great.... 5/5 stars. I use this because there's a history of vascular dementia on my late mothers side of the family. Creatine Monohydrate has been previously considered a strong and harmless supplement in muscle development, but its neuro-cognitive boost is an aid to people taking exams, or in my case early neuro cognition health, ie for memory and brain function. Creatine develops muscle and the body prioritises muscles first, then brain, so I take 8-9 grams morning and night combined with L-Citruline Malate which improves blood vessel flow around the body and brain. I've watched multiple doctors on youtube discuss the benefits and there are few, if any side affects based on what i've reviewed which I why i take it as a supplement. MyBrainCo's formulation is 99.9% pure and a $15 250g sample tin is worth the investment imho.

I started taking Creatine 12+months ago. I found that the cost of it at MyBrainco was so much more economical for a high quality product. I love their product and the prompt delivery. Highly recommend this Australian company

It just dehydrated me, rather than show real results. However, protein absorption was much better.

Hello Hardik, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm sorry to hear that you felt dehydrated while taking our Creatine. We understand how concerning that would have been, and we really appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While everyone's experience can differ, the current body of scientific evidence consistently shows that creatine itself does not cause dehydration. In fact, creatine works by increasing the amount of phosphocreatine stored within muscle cells, which draws water into the muscles and improves cellular hydration. This is one of the ways creatine supports muscle function, strength, and recovery. Some people do notice changes when they first begin taking creatine, as more water is stored within the muscles. If fluid intake isn't increased to match individual needs, particularly during exercise, hot weather, or periods of increased sweating, it may be possible to feel thirstier or experience symptoms that could be interpreted as dehydration. This doesn't necessarily mean creatine is causing dehydration, but rather that overall hydration requirements may have changed. Research has also shown that creatine supplementation does not increase the risk of dehydration, muscle cramping, or heat-related illness. In some situations, maintaining adequate creatine stores may even help support hydration status and exercise performance in hot environments. As we don't know your individual health history, current medications, activity levels, or other factors that may have contributed to your symptoms, we're unable to determine exactly what may have caused you to feel dehydrated. If the symptoms persisted or were significant, we would recommend discussing them with your healthcare practitioner, who can assess your individual circumstances. Thank you again for your feedback. Customer experiences are incredibly valuable to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share yours. Kind regards, Sonja - Clinical Support Naturopath
