Thanks for sharing your experience. Creatine can behave differently for everyone depending on various factors, and a few people notice it doesn’t fully dissolve even with vigorous mixing. If you’d like, you could try mixing with a warm liquid or using a shaker to help dissolve more completely.
Regarding effects, results can vary, and some users don’t notice changes right away.
