We are so very sorry for your losses! It is absolutely heartbreaking! We do our best to prepare the little ones for their journey, even considering the weather conditions on the route they are taking to their new homes. It is our goal that all our babies arrive happy and healthy. We know the refund does not make up for your losses but it is what we were able to do. Again, we are very sorry!
