Cancelation fee Reviews

Unfortunate that a cancellation fee has been started. I’m looking for specific breeds to round out my flock. Hard to find breeds are not offered regularly, and adding chicks to meet minimums are not always what I’m looking for. So I start a basket and modify it if I find a more suitable mix. Heather was amazing in helping me consolidate my orders!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback as we truly appreciate it! My Pet Chicken's cancellation policy is normally waived for the first cancellation of the year as we understand things happen from time to time. The fee that is charged for subsequent cancellations helps us recoup a portion of payment processing fees that we incur when cancelling and refunding an order. Please know we also do our best to continually update our stock and add chicks to the website. For those difficult to find breeds, it is best to shop early in the season, keep an eye on the website, sign up for the newsletter and perhaps the MPC Text Club, as we announce updates to our inventory frequently.
