I have to admit I was sceptable, but you proved me wrong. The flock additions arrived today healthy and happy. The wife and grandkids fell in love immediately, and I love that no two look alike. Can't wait to add them to our existing flock of 6 hens (1 an easter) and a rooster who is also easter. Thaank you, you now have a loyal customer when we want to add again.

Pick up Bantams from Post office. They looked disheveled. All dead by 3 day. Contacted My Pet gave me some pointers. Very disappointed. I feel the stress of shipping was to much.

The chicks arrived well. All seemed fine but within a week, my little bantam was dead. She died at the vet office and the vet said she must have been sick when she arrived. My other 2 blue easter eggers luckily didn't catch what she had and are thriving.

There are many things that can cause sudden death to chicks. Some birds die from failure to thrive from an internal issue, even under good husbandry and health conditions. That is why we have our 48 hour live arrival guarantee! It covers any chick that was lost during transit, and even covers those chicks that were promptly picked up at the post office and properly cared for.
