“We received our two Easter Egger chicks from the post office, arrived safely and happy! Both have cute little muffs and beards, one an orangey brown/dark brown/blue with cream muffs, and one yellow cream with a light chestnut stripe down her back and a neat black freckley dappled pattern on her face!
They get along well with the other chicks and are definitely my favorite of the bunch! Can‚Äôt wait for feathering!”
“Our EE's are at 7 weeks and they're doing great! We have a couple black with copper flecks, a couple copper with black flecks, a white and grey, and well....2 out of our 8 were boys u____u.
But, theyre all healthy, lively, and growing fast! Thanks mypetchicken! You've made our flock more colorful and I'm eggcited to see what kind of eggs we get!”
“I got my Easter Egger on May 21, 2018. It did not look like the picture at all (which is a huge reason I ordered it), but it did end up laying green eggs! Full grown it looks more like a brown Partridge Olive Egger (if you search Google images!), which is how the Olive Egger I ordered from here looks also. I'll probably order more Easter Eggers from this site eventually in hopes of getting one that looks like the advertised picture! I am very happy with this site though and only order my chicks from here!”
“She was a bit standoffish and not too fond of being handed but gets better every time. She is a gorgeous cinnamon light brown color and has light brown eyes and added great color to our flock. Excited to see her egg color someday. So pleased with the chicks I ordered! Great customer service too!”
“We just recieved our chicks last week, and all 8 little EE's survived the trip and are growing stronger every day! 6 out of 8 have adorable little beards, and they're all different colors. I will come back and update when they start to feather out. See ya in 5 weeks!”
“Our Easter Egger rooster (now 7 months old) has been a delight. He's very friendly, gets along well with our Bantam Brahma rooster, and is just spectacular-looking. He's the reason that the best part of my morning is letting our flock out of the coop; he just seems beside himself with excitement, clucking and displaying. Couldn't ask for a more endearing bird.”
“I ordered two Easter Eggers earlier this year and they are super friendly and seem to be the leaders of the pack. I have one brown one and one light one. Their "beards" are the cutest. They just started laying and I was a little dissapointed that both of them are laying a brownish/pink egg. I know it mentions that a small percentage will lay non green/blue eggs but I guess I really didn't think both wouldn't. So if you are buying the Easter Eggers for their blue/green eggs like I did just beware they definitely might not lay those pretty eggs. I still love the Easter Eggers and they did start laying before my other chickens.”
“Little Clara is one of my friendliest chickens - she has a great sense of curiosity. Each family member picked a chicken breed for my very eclectic flock. Clara was my youngest grandson‚Äôs choice. He wanted colored eggs. Unfortunately, little Clara only gives light tan eggs. We will order other colored egg laying chickens this year. But Clara, regardless of egg color, is a valued member of the flock. I am pleased with this little girl.”
