Arrived healthy and is thriving at 3 weeks. Out of my six chicks ordered, she is the sweetest and most social. Wish I had ordered more Barred Plymouth Rocks!

Barred Plymouth rock hens are the nicest chickens. The are not push-overs, but they don't go out of their way to make trouble or complain. They're probably the friendliest chickens we have both to humans and other members of the flock. They are also reliable layers. We incubated some eggs this year and out of the five that hatched, four were barred plymouth rock crosses and one was a green queen.

They are the smallest ones I ordered so far. One is very shy the other one jumps right into my hand - love them

They are a bit more nervous about noises and movements. And SweetPea and I did survive a pasty butt. Lol.
